At EduMindedLearning, we understand that every child’s learning journey is unique, and every family faces different challenges. We go beyond traditional tutoring by providing holistic support tailored to both students and parents. Our goal is to help families navigate academic challenges with strategies that promote confidence, independence, and peace at home.
-
A Collaborative Approach to Learning
We don’t just work with students—we work with families. Our unique model includes both student and parent support, ensuring that the strategies we teach in sessions extend beyond the classroom and into daily life. By partnering with parents, we empower families with tools and techniques to support learning at home in a way that reduces stress and promotes success.
-
Experienced and Credentialed Educators
EduMinded Learning is not a side business or a part-time tutoring service. We are licensed and credentialed classroom educators and educational therapists who are trained to work with students with complex learning profiles, including those with ADHD, dyslexia, autism, and executive function challenges. This is our profession and our passion, and we bring years of experience to every student we support. Clinicians and instructors are dedicated and focused on this work and do not split their time with other teaching commitments. This is intentional, by design.
-
Personalized Learning Plans with Measurable Growth
We believe in structured, goal-driven learning. Every student at EduMinded Learning receives an individualized learning plan that is tailored to their specific needs, strengths, and challenges. We track progress with clear, measurable goals, ensuring that students gain both academic skills and the confidence to apply them independently.
-
Support for Students with Complex Learning Profiles
Many tutoring services (Kumon, Huntington, Mathnasium…) follow a one-size-fits-all approach, but we recognize that not all students learn the same way. Our educators are trained to support students with a variety of learning needs and can collaborate with schools and specialists (such as speech therapists, occupational therapists, and counselors) to create a truly integrated approach to learning.
-
Bridging the Gap Between Home and School
Meg, our founder, has extensive experience as a Special Education Coordinator in both public and private schools, which allows us to work collaboratively with teachers and other professionals. We understand the education system from the inside and can help families navigate IEPs, 504 plans, and school-based interventions with confidence.
-
A Whole-Child, Whole-Family Approach
Success in school is about more than just academics. It’s about developing strong learning habits, building confidence, and reducing stress for the entire family. Our support extends beyond traditional tutoring by helping students develop executive functioning skills, organizational strategies, and self-advocacy skills that will serve them well beyond the classroom.
At EduMinded Learning, we are committed to walking alongside families through their academic journeys. We see your child’s potential, and we are here to help them reach it while creating a more peaceful and supportive learning environment at home.
